Spectra is a self-custodial wallet for holding, sending, receiving and staking across 50 blockchains — Bitcoin to Monero, Ethereum to TON. No account, no trading floor, nothing phoning home. Just a careful tool that does its job.
Somewhere along the way, wallets turned into trading apps: swap buttons, card on-ramps, trending-token carousels, a dApp browser one tap away from a drainer contract.
Spectra leaves all of that out, on purpose. Every feature it has exists to hold, move, stake or recover what is already yours — and to show you exactly what you are about to sign.
Custody and payments come first. Speculation doesn't make the list.

Nothing — there are no Spectra servers and no analytics. The app talks to the blockchain endpoints you can see and change in its settings, and to public price and exchange-rate feeds. Turn on Tor and all of that goes through it.
Restore from your recovery phrase, in Spectra or any wallet that reads the same format. Keys are kept on this device only and never synced to iCloud, so writing the phrase down is the backup.
No. A help page points to on-ramps and exchanges if you need one, but there is no purchase flow, swap or bridge inside the app — by design.
Not today. Spectra has no hardware-wallet, WalletConnect or dApp-browser support; it is built around keys held in the iPhone's own protected storage.
